Subscription Structure
All subscription plans operate as a monthly membership, not a bank of sessions. Each subscription month provides access to one maintenance service within that calendar cycle.

Booking Within the Month
Clients are responsible for booking their appointment within each active subscription month. If no booking is made during that period, the month is classed as unused and does not roll over, carry forward, or convert into future sessions or credit.

Unused Months
Unused subscription months are non-refundable and non-redeemable. Subscription payments secure access and preferential pricing for that month only.

Booking Method
Appointments may be booked online or by contacting the salon directly. If the online system prompts payment, this usually means the subscription has not been applied correctly or the booking falls outside the active cycle. Clients are encouraged to contact the salon promptly for assistance.

Availability & Preferred Stylist
Subscriptions provide access to the service, not a guarantee of a specific stylist’s availability. Where a client prefers a particular stylist, bookings should be made in advance to secure availability. Choosing to wait for a preferred stylist does not pause or extend the subscription cycle.

Annual Leave & Planned Closures
During periods of annual leave or planned closure, clients are encouraged to book appointments before or after the closure period. Subscription cycles continue as normal during these times unless otherwise stated.

Missed or Unbooked Months
Months where no appointment is booked — for any reason — are treated as unused access rather than missed services and cannot be reclaimed.

​

Goodwill
At the salon’s discretion, a one-time goodwill gesture may be offered in exceptional circumstances. This does not alter the subscription terms and does not create an ongoing entitlement.

Changes to Subscription Plans
Subscription plans, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Discontinued plans cannot be reactivated, and any future subscriptions will be offered under current terms and pricing.
