Are you ready to take your well-being to the next level? Altered Health, in conjunction with The Alchemist Co. and The House of Shayaa, presents Wellness Works – a day of practical well-being, taking place on Sunday 26th March 2023 from 10.30 am to 6 pm.
We’ve broken up the day into three parts:
Educate: Featuring talks, questions and answers, presentations, and a marketplace for you to find the perfect tools for your well-being.
Motivate: Enjoy workshops, networking, and testimonials from inspiring people in the wellness community.
Activate: Get your body moving with a dance class, yoga, and meditation session.
The cost for the day is £22 per person, refreshments included.
