Omega 3 for Hair Growth


In today's post we talk about how you can use Omega 3 as a source towards healthy hair growth and how you don't have to get O from fish.

Hair grows at approximately 0.5 inches per month, this depend only depends on you age , your health, your genetics and your diet!!
